Marking the holes for the sensors

Measure out for the sensors, as illustrated.

Measure out for the inner holes 321 mm (12 41/64) from the centre, and the outer holes 712 mm (28 1/32") from the centre. Both the outer and
inner holes must be 41 mm (1 39/64") from the upper edge.
The centre of the bumper is marked with a cross.
Note! The measurements must be made from the inside of the bumper.

Mark out the holes to be drilled.
Drilling the holes for the sensors

Pre-drill the holes in the centres (1) of the markings using a - 3 mm (1/8") diameter drill bit.

Drill out the holes using a - 8.5 mm (21/64') diameter drill bit.

Reinstall the foam temporarily and mark out through the holes in the bumper cover for corresponding holes in the foam.

Remove the foam from the bumper cover.
