Interior Light Switch: Procedures

Interior/Cargo Lamp Switch

Interior light switch, replacement 

Replace interior lighting door switch 

-

Remove the mounting screw from the switch in the B or C post.

-

Angle out the connector and remove the connector.

Install in reverse order.

-

Check the function.

Replacing the cargo compartment light switch 

-

Remove tailgate interior trim.

-

Remove the link rod from the lock (press the catch in and separate the components).

-

Slacken off and remove the three mounting screws from the lock.

-

Remove the connectors.

-

Replace the whole lock and install the link rod.

Install in reverse order.
