Install a new sealing ring. Apply copper paste (P/N 1161035-9) to the entire length of the thread.

Tighten the heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) to  55 Nm.

Pull the cable upwards.

Note! Adjust the routing of the cable so that it does not come into contact with the exhaust system.

Installing the cable guide, rear heated oxygen sensor (HO2S)

Secure the cable guide on the bodywork. Tighten to  10 Nm.

Secure the cable clamp.

Installing the cable and connector, heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) 

-

Route the cable. Tighten where necessary.

-

Connect the connector. Tighten the cable to the bracket.

-

Reinstall the relay cover.

Erase Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs).

Reset trim.
