Install:

The starter motor, see Engine replacement, transferring components See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Service and Repair/Removal and
Replacement/Engine Replacement, Transferring Components.

Route the cable via the protective tube. Install the clamps.

The connector on the bracket.

The cover over the connector.
-
The engine cover.
-
The front engine cover.
-
The battery negative lead.
Start the engine. Read off any diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs).
