Replacing the front seat head restraints

Removing front seat head restraints

Press in the 2 catches (A) on the rear. Lift out the head restraint.

Removing the upholstery from the front seat head restraints

Pull out the zip from the inside.
Open the zip on the underneath of the head restraint. Remove the upholstery.
Remove backing.
