V40 L4-1.9L Turbo VIN 29 B4204T3 (2002)
Install the shaft (use the motor to turn the shaft slightly, if necessary). Position the motor. Install the washer (3) and a new mounting screw. Position the
nut (4) on the shaft. Tighten to 10 Nm.
Securely hook the spring (1) from the motor.
Position the plastic frame on the lower side of the frame. Mark the section to be removed (1). See the illustration.
Cut off the marked area. Use a knife. Check to see if the frame is exposed Correct if necessary.
