Removing Components For The Backrest
Preparatory Work
Remove:
-
the seat.
-
the side panel.
Removing The Front Seat Backrest
Remove:
-
the connectors for seat heaters (if applicable)
-
the connector for the SIPS cable harness from the bracket.
Lift up the upholstery to expose the screws.
Remove the screws and the backrest from the seat.
NOTE: Note the routing of the SRS ignition cable.
