Carefully check the rubber seal. Apply a small amount of petroleum jelly to the rubber seal.

Ensure that the pressure sensor is the correct way up. Then press the pressure sensor down into the charge air cooler (CAC).

Check that the two protruding edges (A) enclose the pressure sensor properly and hold the sensor in place.

Reinstall the nut. Tighten the nut. Tighten to 10 Nm. Reconnect the switch.
Finishing

Start the engine. Check for leakage.

Check that the pressure sensor for charge air is working correctly.

Read off the diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs). Then erase them.
