V40 L4-1.9L Turbo VIN 29 B4204T3 (2002)
Fill the power steering reservoir with oil. Bleed the system. See specifications for oil grade.
Apply the parking brake. Start the engine.
Turn the steering wheel from lock to lock several times.
Check the function. Check that there is no leakage.
Check the oil level. Top up if required. Use Pentison CHF11S.
Install the engine cover.
Reinstall the cover over the headlamps if it was removed.

Joints
Hint: If the delivery line cannot be removed, lower the entire cross member by slackening off all 6 screws a few turns.
Mark the position of the cross member before it is slackened off.
Tighten the screws for the cross member to the correct torque when reinstalling.
