V40 L4-1.9L Turbo VIN 29 B4204T3 (2002)
Dismantle power steering pump.
Clamp the nipple in the bench vice and twist it out of the pump housing.
Clean the nipple and the bore in the pump housing.
Apply locking compound P/N 1161057-3 to the nipple and push it into the pump housing until it reaches the stop.
Note! Do this carefully, with a ground-off punch.
Install power steering pump.
