Volvo Workshop Service and Repair Manuals

Clean the ABS sensor, the shaft journal and the hub.
Position the hub. Install the  new nut.
Tighten to:

-97  175 Nm

-

98-  120 Nm +30°.

Clean and install the brake disc. Tighten to  5 Nm.

Install the brake caliper
