Applies to cars with towbar and/or Accessory Electronic Module (AEM)

The existing green connector is connected to the Trailer Module (TRM) / Accessory Electronic Module (AEM).
Detach the connector to the control module and connect the Parking Assistance Module (PAM) cable's female contact.
Note! It is important that the Parking Assistance Module (PAM) is the first module connected.

Detach the green male contact (1) which is taped at the rubber grommet and connect it to the Trailer Module (TRM) / Accessory Electronic
Module (AEM).
Note! Take care to connect the cables correctly, and not in a loop.
If the car is keyless:

Plug the grey connector into the corresponding grey connector.
Note! Ensure that all the connectors click into place and are properly secured.
Finishing work

Plug the towbar wiring connector into the Trailer Module (TRM).

Gather together any excess cables. Clamp the cables securely where they cannot rub or become damaged.

Refit the panels and remaining parts removed in reverse order.

Program the software according to the service information in VIDA.

Check the function.
