Undo the screw holding the polystyrene box in the chassis

Place the tow hitch in the bag supplied. Position the tow hitch as illustrated in illustration 11A

Thread the belt into the hole for the screw for the polystyrene box. Wrap the belt twice around the tow hitch, once around the bent bracket for the
towing ball and once around the square profile. See the illustration

Secure the bag holding the tow hitch to the polystyrene box

Screw the screw fully into the polystyrene box.

Installing the spacer block. Applies to all cars with a spare wheel 

Applies to the V50 without subwoofer

Lift out the support for the floor in the cargo compartment.

Unscrew the screw with the plastic cone holding the spare wheel

-

Lift out the spare wheel.
