Remove:

the lock clip and discard it. This is only used during the production process.

the brake disc.

Cleaning and checking brake discs
Note! Cleaning is important to prevent lateral run out at the brake disc.
Clean the hub flange before installing the new brake disc.
Check the hub. If it is damaged, measure the lateral runout. See: Wheel hub front, checking See: Maintenance/Wheels and Tires/Wheel Hub/Testing and
Inspection/Wheel Hub Front, Checking.
Installing the brake disc
Note! For tightening torques, see Specifications. See: Specifications/Tightening Torque
Caution! Be careful when handling the new brake disc. Careless handling can cause damage to the brake disc (out-of-true).
Install the brake disc.
Finishing
Install:

the mounting bracket
-
the 2 screws. Tighten. See: Tightening torque See: Specifications/Tightening Torque

the new brake pads. See: Brake pads, front See: Brake Pad/Service and Repair/Brake Pads Front
-
the wheel. See: Wheels See: Maintenance/Wheels and Tires/Wheels/Service and Repair.
Note! Use new brake pads.
Depress the brake pedal a few times. Check the fluid level in the brake fluid reservoir. Top up if necessary.
