Remove:

-

the screw holding the water pump and rubber mounting. See the illustration

-

the connector.

Pull the water pump forward a little.

Hint: Mark the location of the hoses at a suitable point on the water pump.

Install hose clips on both coolant hoses, as close to the water pump as possible. Position a container under the water pump.
Disconnect the hoses.
