insulator available as a spare part. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR FILES.
DESCRIPTION:
Reports have been received stating that a customer's complaint of a knocking noise was remedied by replacing the spring insulator in the lower spring
seat in the front struts. Analysis has shown that a broken insulator shown in Photo 1 of the attachment cannot cause a knocking noise and that noise must
be caused by another source.
PRODUCT MODIFICATION:
A new smaller insulator PN 31329206 has been developed and is available as a spare part. These can be used when replacing springs and/or shocks.
