Global Positioning System Antenna: Service and Repair

Antenna, GPS, replacing

Removal

-

Remove  Driver information module (DIM), replacing See: Instrument Panel, Gauges and Warning Indicators/Instrument Cluster / Carrier/Service
and Repair/Driver Information Module (DIM), Replacing 

-

Unscrew the antenna (also secured with a plug)

-

Disconnect the connector.

Installation

-

Connect the connector

-

Screw the antenna into place

-

Install Driver information module (DIM), replacing See: Instrument Panel, Gauges and Warning Indicators/Instrument Cluster / Carrier/Service
and Repair/Driver Information Module (DIM), Replacing.
