Install the protective cover (1) on the connection stud (2). The hole (3) is for the safety cable.
Illustration A applies to cars without integrated carrier bag holders in the cargo compartment floor

Install the decal supplied on the underneath of the floor hatch as illustrated.
Illustration B applies to cars with integrated carrier bag holders in the floor hatch

Install the decal supplied on the underneath of the elastic strap underneath the floor hatch as illustrated.
Also use staples to secure.

Turn the ignition key to position II.
Reinstall:
-
the battery. Connect the battery leads
-
the cover
-
the battery holder
-
the tailgate sill trim panel. Connect the connectors to the cargo compartment lighting
-
the two side panels including the clips and the plastic nut.
