Clips headlining, replacing

Method content

This method applies to vehicles without a sun roof. 

Clips on vehicles without mass movement sensor (MMS), replacing

Preparatory work

Disconnect and fold down the headlining on the passenger side to access the central clip. See: Headlining, replacing See: Headlining, Replacing.

Removing clips

Remove the 1 clip (1) from the retainer.

Installing the clips

Install:

the 1 clip

-

2 pieces of plastic foam (2) on either side of the clip mounting.

Press up the headlining so that the clip engages.
Install the headlining. See: Headlining, replacing See: Headlining, Replacing.
