the two screwed joints on the cross stay.
-
one nut and two washers for the rear height adjuster mounting.

one nut for the front height adjuster mounting.
-
the outer nut.
Pull straight out.
Angle the rail and the seat base so that they come apart.
Angle and turn the gas strut.
Replace the seat base.
Install:
In reverse order.
NOTE: Do not tighten the cross stay screwed joint before the seat has been installed in the car.
Otherwise there is a risk that the seat will not be straight and the inside of the seat will be stressed.
