the outer nut.

Pull straight out.
Angle the rail and the seat base so that they come apart.

Replace the seat rail.

Install:

In reverse order.

Removal

Remove:

-

the seat. See Replacing the seat See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Front Seat/Replacing the Seat

the 4 screws.
