Ignition off.

Check the seat-belt reminder bulb.

Check relay 212 (2/5).

Ignition on.
Check that there is voltage on relay #4 and #5; test for an open circuit as described in See: Restraint Systems/Air Bag Systems/Testing and
Inspection/Component Tests and General Diagnostics/Checking Wiring and Terminals/Checking Wiring and Terminals - Permanent Faults
Do the necessary corrective action.
