Remove:
^
the dust cover
^
the nut using socket 999 5500 and wrench 999 5758
^
the spring strut mounting
^
the bearing
^
the support plate
^
the spring
^
the bump stop and the dust boot.
Installing the spring

Lubricate the bump stop using petroleum jelly. Install the bump stop in the dust boot.
Pull out the shock absorber rod completely.
Note!
The color code on the spring must be downwards towards the spring strut.
Install:
^
the bump stop and dust boot
^
the rubber liner on the underside
^
the spring strut through the spring
^
the rubber liner on the upper side
^
the upper spring seat
^
the support plate
^
the upper mounting for the spring strut
^
the nut. Finger tighten.
Install the upper spring seat so that the holes in both the spring seats line up.
Carefully release the spring. Check that the end of the spring is correctly positioned in the stop at the spring seats.
