V70 2.4 L5-2.4L VIN 61 B5244S (2001)
Install a spacer between the body and the sub-frame at the front left-hand mounting so that there is a distance of approximately 175 mm. Use a 125 mm
extension and 36 mm sleeve.
Cleaning:
Using compressed air, blow clean the area around the control system cover.
Carefully clean the sub-frame by the cover to avoid dirt penetrating the transmission.
Removal
Removing the control system
Position a container under the transmission.
Remove the clamp for the cable harness on the control system cover. Disconnect the ground lead from the transmission. Tie up the cable harness and
ground lead.
Disconnect the pipe/hose for the oil cooler from the transmission. Move the pipe to one side.
