V70 2.5T AWD L5-2.5L Turbo VIN 59 B5254T2 (2003)
Remove the ball joint for the outer cable from the side lever. Use jimmy tool 999 7077 Jimmy bar See: Tools and Equipment/999 7077 Jimmy Bar.
Release the adjuster on the cable.
Check that the gear selector lever is in neutral.
Press the ball joint for the cable into place on the lever by hand.
