Use press tool: 999 5668.

-

Press until stopped against press tool shoulder.

Cars with naturally aspirated engines: 

-

Use crimp sleeve 999 5668-2 with a press tool 999 5668.

-

Press until stopped against press tool shoulder.

Installing torque control arm 

Applies to all engine types: 

-

Reinstall the torque rod. Use new screw (D).

-

Tighten nut(D) to 35 Nm + 90° 

Note!  New screw and nut should be used.

For turbocharged engines: 
-

Clean oil from between hose and charge air pipe.

-

Remove cover from Turbocharger (TC) outlet.
