Power Seat Drive Gear: Service and Repair
With Heated Seats

Power seat gear

Preparations

Remove:

-

the seat from the car according to

-

middle motor according to 

Front-rear adjustment motor (center motor)  See: Power Seat Motor/Service and Repair/With Heated Seat/Front-Rear Adjustment Motor (Center
Motor)
-

front motor according to 

Front height adjustment motor (front motor)  See: Power Seat Motor/Service and Repair/With Heated Seat/Front Height Adjustment Motor (Front
Motor)
-

rear motor according to 

Rear height adjustment motor (rear motor)  See: Power Seat Motor/Service and Repair/With Heated Seat/Front Height Adjustment Motor (Front
Motor)
-

two screws for the cross stay.

-

the seat rail according to Seat rail  See: Seat Track/Service and Repair

Replacing gear

Remove:

-

snap ring (A).

-

drive shaft.

Release the gear shaft by pushing the drive shaft towards it.
Angle out and remove the shaft.

-

two screws (A).

-

two nuts (B) and (D).

Install:
