indicator LED in the air conditioning (A/C) switch will flash until the self-adjustment of a new control module has been carried out. An old control
module will cause the green indicator LED on the air conditioning (A/C) switch to flash only when it is actually self-adjusting.
Hint: During the self-adjustment program the control module runs the damper motors to their limit positions. It then stores the value returned from the
position sensor and can control the motor between the limit positions during normal regulation of the system.

Ignition on.

Use the Adjusting Motors function to activate self-adjusting on the damper motors. This takes approximately 0.5 minutes.
When self-adjusting is complete the green indicator LED will stop flashing.
Then operation is done.

Manual Self-Adjustment:
The control module stores information about the end positions of the air distribution and recirculation shutters in a voltage dependent memory.
If the battery has been disconnected self-adjustment will automatically be activated when the battery is connected and the ignition switch turned to the
radio position.
If a damper motor has been replaced without disconnecting the battery (30-feeding), the self-adjustment must be initiated manually for the end
positions to be stored in memory.
The damper motors go to their end positions, the position sensors register the positions and the information is stored in the control module.
Damper motor self-adjustment is activated by setting the ignition switch to the radio position and pressing the recirculation switch in 3 times in 5
seconds.
