OWNER NOTIFICATION
During the week of September 27, 1999 an announcement letter will be sent directly to Volvo owners. A copy of this letter is attached.
F.
STOCK VEHICLES
All vehicles in retailers' inventory and qualifying for this campaign must be repaired prior to a customer taking possession of the vehicle.
G.
RETAILER RESPONSIBILITY
Retailers are to perform this campaign on eligible vehicles regardless of vehicle age or mileage/kilometers. The campaign work covered under Recall
Campaign 96 is free of charge to the owner.
In the event that the original announcement letter is lost or misplaced, the owner is not to be refused this important campaign work. Your Aftersales
Specialist will follow up to ensure that this campaign is proceeding smoothly.

CAMPAIGN REIMBURSEMENT PROCEDURES
All claims should be submitted using the short form application. A repair code has been established which will automatically reimburse the retailer the
proper labor and parts amount for each claim.
