Install:
-

wiper motor.
Screw radiator into place.

-

wiper motor screws.
Connect wiper motor connector.

-

air baffle between radiator and spoiler.

-

headlamp and side lights. 

-

wiper arm.

NOTE:  Ensure that no cables or hoses are trapped.

CC4 Adjusting Wiper Arm:

NOTE:  Before the wiper arms are installed, check that the wiper motor has parked and that the washer hose is not trapped.

Install nut loosely.

-

Adjust headlamp wiper so that the wiper blade is just pressed against the top of the stop. Tighten to 4 Nm (2.9 ft.lbs).

Test headlamp wiper function.

Carry out headlamp alignment. See: Lighting and Horns/Headlamp/Adjustments
