Install:
-

headlamp wiper motor.

-

headlamp wiper motor screws.

CD4 Installing Filler Pipe, Air Duct and Wiper Arm:

Install:
-

washer reservoir filler pipe.

-

front control module box (engine compartment) air duct.

-

washer hose and headlamp wiper arm.

NOTE:  Ensure that no cables or hoses are trapped.

CD5 Adjusting Wiper Arm:

NOTE:  Before the wiper arms are installed, check that the wiper motor has parked and that the washer hose is not trapped.

Install nut loosely.

-

Adjust headlamp wiper so that the wiper blade is just under the stop. Tighten to 4 Nm (2.9 ft.lbs).

-

Then lift wiper arm above stop.

Test headlamp wiper function.
