Windshield Washer Spray Nozzle: Testing and Inspection

FG1 Removing:

If a washer nozzle leaks windshield washer fluid the pressure valve should be checked before the washer nozzle is replaced, see image.

Disconnect hose with clip on the hood hinge mounting.

Disconnect hoses connected to the two pressure valves. Blow through pressure valves and intermediate hoses.

Check that they are not blocked.

FG2 Installing:

-

Install pressure valves.

-

Check whether the washer nozzle leaks windshield washer fluid. If the washer nozzle still leaks windshield washer fluid, replace the pressure
valve.
