Air Injection Control Valve: Service and Repair
Replacing assisted air control valve (AACV)
Removing assisted air control valve
Remove the valve between the assisted air control valve and the air distribution rail (The clamp can be reused.)
Disconnect assisted air control valve connectors.
Remove assisted air control valve.
Installing assisted air control valve
Install
-
new assisted air control valve. Tighten to 3.5 Nm (2.6 lb.ft)
