Fuel Supply Line: Testing and Inspection
1.
Check the fuel lines for damage, leaks and corrosion.
2.
Make sure the lines are properly seated in their rubber support grommets, otherwise they can cause a moaning noise in the passenger compartment.
3.
Inspect all hoses for age, cracks and oil saturation.
4.
Check the fuel pump end piece (check valve) for leakage at the gaskets. End piece can loosen during normal operation, replace gaskets and
retighten end piece if needed.
5.
Repair any defects as necessary.
