Route the cable along the existing cable to the heating elements in the rear window towards the right-hand side of the boot lid.

Route it along the right-hand side of the boot lid window up to the upper edge of it.

Clamp it using a cable tie from the kit and pieces of butyl tape.

Drill two - 6.5 mm (17/64 ") holes for clamping the cable at the upper edge of the boot lid, in the positions illustrated.

Remove any swarf.
