Wash the door sill

Place a strip of tape in the front edge of the sill panel, square to the edge of the door sill.

Measure out a distance of 40 mm (1 9/16") from the front of the tape strip and forward, to mark the sill moulding's front position. Fasten a tape
strip as shown.
