Carefully pry off the centre console panel. Start at the rear edge of both sides. The panel is secured with two clips along the long sides and with
four catches around the gearshift panel and two catches at the sides, on top.

Lift up the panel a little and make sure that all cables are free from the gear lever carrier and components in the tunnel console and then lift it out.

Undo the screws and the connector for the keypad and remove them.
