Note:

Also remember to remove dirt / snow from the rims before returning the car to the customer.

Additional Service information if no dirt or snow is found in rear rims:

Check if the tires are balanced.

If all tires are balanced but still have vibrations, check if the tires are out of round (oval).

Note:

If the wheel balance machine can not test this, instead test the tires from a known-good car to check if the tires have less vibration.

If the vibrations are caused by tires (out of round), contact the tire manufacturer and let them analyze I replace the tires.
