Volvo XC90 workshop manuals
Volvo XC90 at a glance: 9 manuals, covering 2003 to 2011 models, with engines from 2.5 to 4.4 litres.
About the XC90
The XC90 is Volvo's mid-size luxury SUV, launched at the 2002 Detroit motor show. The first generation used the P2 platform of the S80 and was built at Torslanda in Sweden until 2014. Both generations won Motor Trend's SUV of the Year when they were new.
What these manuals cover
- 2003–2005: the 2.5-litre turbo five, the 2.9-litre twin-turbo six and the 4.4-litre V8, with all-wheel drive.
- 2007–2011: the 3.2-litre straight-six, with front- or all-wheel drive.
Tip: the code at the end of each title is Volvo's engine code (B5254T is a petrol five-cylinder, 2.5 litres, four valves per cylinder, turbo); the Volvo page explains how to read it.
