Carefully pull the pipe coupling to the existing orange fibre optic cables, under the rear fuse holder

Disconnect the connectors from each other. First depress the catch (1) and then separate them.

Detach approximately 10 cm of tape so that the wiring can move freely. Cut off the detached piece of tape

Carefully press out the blue catch (1) in the connector (2). Do not damage the catch. It is small and falls out easily.
