Background
In some cases, the upper and lower seat belt attachments in the second and third row seats may have been fitted or tightened improperly during
production. In certain circumstances this could cause the seat belt attachment to come loose. The corrective action will consist of inspecting and, if
necessary, tightening or replacing the attachments.
