XC90 L5-2.5L Turbo VIN 59 B5254T2 (2004)
Use special tool 950 1080 Fixture See: Tools and Equipment/950 1080 Fixture.
Install the hinges on the door using two adjuster shims (3) between each hinge and the door. This will make any late adjustment easier.
Align the door and hinges so that the edge of the hinges are positioned in the punched out holes in the cowl side (1).
Tack weld the hinges into place.
Check the alignments and clearance.
