XC90 L5-2.5L Turbo VIN 59 B5254T2 (2004)
Remove the four nuts and screws holding the steering gear to the sub-frame.
Remove the power steering line from the clips on the sub-frame.
Remove:

the screw in the mounting for the front SIPS member

the brake pipe from the snap fastener on the member
-
The SIPS member.
