Lock mechanism, tailgate, replacing

Removing the tailgate lock

-

Remove the upper tailgate panel. See Panel, tailgate, replacing See: Doors, Hood and Trunk/Trunk / Liftgate/Trunk / Liftgate Interior Trim

Remove the lower tailgate panel. See Lower tailgate panel See: Doors, Hood and Trunk/Trunk / Liftgate/Trunk / Liftgate Interior Trim
Panel/Service and Repair/Lower Tailgate Panel

Remove the three screws

-

Disconnect the connector

-

Disconnect the link

-

Pull out the lock.

Installing the tailgate lock

Install:

In reverse order.

Note! Adjust the lock.
