Fold up the seat cushion.

Pull the padded upholstery over the front edge of the seat cushion.

Pull the padded upholstery to the rear edge of the seat cushion
-
Tighten the strap underneath the rear edge of the seat cushion
-
Press the seat cushion into the up position.
