Remove:

the soundproofing panel. See Soundproofing panel, replacing See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument
Panel/Service and Repair/Soundproofing Panel, Replacing

the screws for the motor.
Release the motor.
Remove the connector.
Installing the defroster damper motor
Position the motor.
Turn the shaft on the heater unit so that the motor can be installed.
Position the motor.
Install:

the screws for the motor
-
the switch
-
the soundproofing panel. See Soundproofing panel, replacing See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument
Panel/Service and Repair/Soundproofing Panel, Replacing.
Carry out self-adjustment of the damper motor end positions. This is carried out via VIDA communication.
