Remove:

-

the glove compartment. See Glove compartment, replacing See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Glove Compartment/Service and
Repair 

-

the screw from the bracket.

Remove:

-

the bracket from the mounting by inserting the tip of a screwdriver between the mounting and the metal on the fan housing

-

the lever from the motor. Ensure that the levers do not release from the heater unit.

Remove:

-

the switch

-

the motor.

Installing the recirculation damper motor

Position:

-

the motor on the bracket

-

the bracket and motor.

Press the upper mounting into place.
Install the screw for the bracket.
Place the arms from the heater unit onto the motor levers and press into place. Do not damage the arms.

Install:

-

the switch

-

the glove compartment. See Glove compartment, replacing See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Glove Compartment/Service and
Repair.

Carry out self-adjustment of the damper motor end positions. This is carried out via VIDA communication.
