Evaporator Drain Tube: Service and Repair
Drain hose engine / filter housing, replacing

Removing the drain hose from the engine / filter housing
Remove:
-
the soundproofing panel on the passenger side. See Soundproofing panel, replacing See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard /
Instrument Panel/Service and Repair/Soundproofing Panel, Replacing

the floor grommet
-
the hoses from the blower fan motor cover.
Installing the drain hose on the engine / filter housing
Press into place:

the floor grommet
-
the drain hose on the blower fan motor.
The drainage hose is marked by a colored stripe. When installing the marking must be aligned on the blower fan motor cover as illustrated. This is to
avoid twisting the hose.
Reinstall the floor carpet.
Install the soundproofing panel. See Soundproofing panel, replacing See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument
