XC90 L5-2.5L Turbo VIN 59 B5254T2 (2004)
Remove the climate control unit. See Climate unit, replacing See: Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair/Climate Unit, Replacing.
Pull off the temperature sensor.
Disconnect the connector from the sensor.
Work the sensor loose.
Installing the temperature sensor for the evaporator
Install the connector on the sensor.
Press the temperature sensor into place.
Install the climate control unit. See Climate unit, replacing See: Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair/Climate Unit, Replacing.
