Note! The bulbs for the switches in the lower row on the dashboard environment panel cannot be replaced. The entire switch assembly must be

Preparatory work
Ignition off.
Remove the dashboard environment panel. See Climate control module (CCM), replacing See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Control Module
HVAC/Service and Repair.
Removing bulbs
Remove the bulb and holder by turning the holder clockwise.
